The RabbitCoater made in Germany was developed on the basis of years of our own construction site experience. our newly developed polyurethane resin
new- fast- reliable
RabbitResin forms a smooth surface that is resistant to abrasion and impact for decades — it is corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant up to 93°C and permanently reduces new build-ups and deposits.
The layer thickness of the PU resin can be individually adjusted by the app control and thus be between 0.5 and 1.5 mm. An application layer cures within 3–5 minutes. Since a total of only 3–4 coating processes are necessary to fully repair the inside of the pipe, the overall coating process only lasts around 12 minutes. This greatly minimizes the general time required for pipe rehabilitation.
Sample calculation of a single coating process with our RabbitCoater:
A full coating process of a 5 m pipe with a diameter DN100 only takes approximately 10 minutes. With a curing time of 3 minutes between the individual coating processes, the timeframe from the start of the coating process to the finished, rehabilitated pipe is only approximately 52 minutes. This excludes prior cleaning and drying of the pipe as well as further preparation time.
